MY STORY

I grew up on a farm in central Brazil, and my family is a very important part of my life.

I moved to a city to study nutrition, only to find that's not what I wanted to do.  I then studied hairdressing.  After qualifying as a hair stylist, I moved to London in 2010 to advance my career.  I jumped at every chance I could to learn and improve.

I was able to do additional courses in London, Paris and New York over the next 7 years.

I made lots of friends in the beauty industry, including makeup artists and other stylists. I started working as a senior stylist, with one of my friends.  While working in central London I met loads of people from all over the world, and started to get invitations to go to different countries to work.

In 2017, I took the opportunity, and went to Pakistan.  This was quickly followed by Dubai and Kuwait over the course of the year.  I made a few trips to each country.  I really enjoyed this, as I love travelling, and have many places on my list to visit.

Working with such a wide array of different hair types, keeps me on my toes and helps me grow. I love challenges!  I enjoy my work, as I love art and color.  Each person’s hair is unique, so each time I get to work and do something different, it sparks the creativity in me to make the individual’s hair look amazing.

I love food and trying new dishes.  I also have to remember to keep in shape and love going to gym.  All the traveling does make me home sick, especially as I can't take my little boy with me. Travelling and working in many different places and meeting many different people is exciting.

I am currently based in Kuwait City, whilst also working in many other places.
